Kriteria yang dibutuhkan adalah : Lowongan Kerja PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry (AlamTri Minerals) 1. Asset Management Officer Responsible for coordinating cross-departmental asset identification, maintaining accurate asset records, and conducting regular physical inspections (stocktakes). Manage and document asset transfers while ensuring proper tracking, and support internal, external, and government audits to ensure compliance and accountability. Requirements: Min Bachelor Degree from Accounting/Finance Major Min 2 years experience as Asset Management Staff Strong competencies in Asset Management, Financial Analysis, Accounting Control 2. Finance & Accounting Officer Responsible for managing financial transactions, including invoice verification, payment processing, and accurate journal entries. Oversee cash management and financial control, support tax reporting, and maintain asset records and depreciation schedules. Perform bank and tax reconciliations, and ensure accurate monthly closing and financial reporting in line with company standards. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Accounting. Min. 2 years experience in the field of Finance and Accounting Supervisor preferably in industrial plant/smelter/power plant construction projects. Good competencies in end to end Finance and Accounting flow. Located in Jakarta Head Office. 3. Security Officer Security professional with strong understanding of TURJAWALI principles (regulation, guarding, escorting, and patrol), security roles and procedures, and risk assessment. Capable of identifying potential threats, developing and reviewing security plans (RenPam), managing conflict, and supporting security personnel management and emergency response to ensure a safe and controlled work environment. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university. At least 4 years of experience as a Security Officer. Possess technical certifications including Gada Madya (Intermediate), Firefighter (Class D), and First Aid (Level 2). Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan on a roster system. 4. Security Control Room Officer Responsible for monitoring and analyzing CCTV systems to detect potential security threats and ensure real-time incident response. Skilled in identifying risks, coordinating with field security teams, and supporting the implementation of security procedures. Capable of reporting incidents, assisting in security planning, and contributing to effective emergency response and overall workplace safety. Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Law, Security, or Engineering). At least 2–4 years of experience in Security, particularly in CCTV monitoring or Control Room operations. Possess Gada Pratama/Madya certification (preferred) and basic emergency response training (First Aid/Fire Safety). Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan on a roster system. 5. General Affair Staff Responsible for maintaining and managing office, mess, and canteen facilities, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) functions. Oversee asset monitoring and recording, manage office supply inventory and distribution, and support administrative operations such as tracking employee leave, transportation, and accommodation on the roster to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Requirements: Having at least a diploma degree, with a relevant background in civil engineering and facility maintenance considered a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role is needed. Willingness to be stationed at our job site in North Kalimantan on a roster system. 6. IHOH Officer (Food Safety) Responsible for workplace and environmental monitoring, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, and conducting routine inspections of kitchens and storage areas. Deliver training programs, develop SOPs, and manage work plans, reports, and documentation to support effective health and safety practices. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Nutrition, or Nursing. Must possess certifications related to Occupational Health and Safety in the Work Environment, such as HIMU/HIMA, HACCP, Food Safety, ACLS, BTCLS, STR, or Hiperkes. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in the IHOH field, preferably from Smelter, Mining or Oil & Gas Willing to be placed at the jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan with a roster system. 7. Environment Officer Responsible for conducting safety talks, ensuring compliance with K3, K2, and housekeeping standards, and implementing continuous improvement programs. Monitor environmental controls, manage pollution prevention initiatives, and prepare regular reports, while driving awareness through training, communication, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective environmental and safety management. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Must possess certifications related to operations and/or control of air, water, and hazardous waste (B3) pollution. Must have knowledge of Environmental Management Systems. Minimum 4 years of experience as an Environmental Supervisor in a Power Plant (PLTU), Smelter, Construction, or EPC Contractor setting. Willing to be placed at the Bulungan job site, North Kalimantan, under a roster system. 8. HSE Staff Responsible for conducting regular safety talks, performing site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, and identifying potential hazards. Support incident reporting and investigation, worker induction, and commissioning of equipment and facilities. Assist in developing and reviewing HSE documents (procedures, JSA, risk assessments), ensure proper implementation of HSE management systems, and drive safety awareness through training and communication with employees and contractors. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Must possess certifications related to operational environmental management, including air, water, and hazardous waste (B3) pollution control. Strong understanding of Environmental Management Systems. At least 4 years of experience as an Environment Supervisor in industries such as power plants, smelters, construction, or EPC contractors. Willing to be placed at the job site in Bulungan, North Kalimantan on a roster system. 9. HSE Officer Responsible for conducting safety talks across project areas, performing inspections and observations to ensure compliance, and identifying high-risk activities to provide safety recommendations. Support commissioning and re-commissioning of equipment and facilities, investigate incidents and non-compliance, and compile technical data to improve operational safety. Develop and review HSE documents, including procedures, work instructions, JSA, and risk assessments, to ensure effective implementation of HSES management systems. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably from Mechanical or Civil. 3 years of working experience as HSE Officer from Manufacturing, Smelter, or Power Plant industry. Must Have General Occupational Health and Safety Certificate (Ahli K3 Umum) Proficient in Risk Management, Environment Management, Safety & Health Management, Waste Management, Emergency Management, and Operational Safety.
